Our house is a beautiful, modern, architect-designed villa that has been our home for nearly two decades. Built at the foot of a mountain, surrounded by olive and almond trees, lavender and rosemary bushes, it is ideal for people that search for a quiet place to spend their summer vacation. It has a 30 ft long pool in direct contact with the house where one can spend all day relaxing but also enjoy each meal of the day by the water, as the kitchen, by design, is right next to it. Our kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, pans, cutlery and everything else needed to create the perfect meal. The oven is fully functioning, there is a dishwasher, a fridge, a bread and sandwich toaster and an espresso machine.The first floor, where the bedrooms are located, provides a quite place for resting in the afternoons and sleeping and it has 3 bedrooms with a single bed each that share one bathroom and a master bedroom with a kingsized bed and a private balcony that has a private bathroom. All mattresses are from quality and luxury brands and were carefully chosen to be as comfortable as possible. Fresh, clean cotton linen will be provided and all pillows are soft and made of cool, breathable materials. Each window has a mosquito net. A/C units in most of the rooms. The guest-room, which is located in the semi-basement, has a double bed and a private bathroom, but it also serves as the media room of the house as it has a home cinema where you can enjoy movies. If you want to do some exercise besides swimming in the pool or jogging, there is an elliptical machine. We also have a ping pong table and a bicycle, which you can use as an alternative way to go grocery shopping.The pool's chlorine and pH levels are regulated by an internal dosing system, in order to assure optimal concentrations. To prevent childrens’ access to the pool, there are expanding barriers on all window openings. Life ring, safety hook and pool rules are provided.
