This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 4 people (3 adults and 1 child) with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom along with private swimming pool (South West Facing) and sea views. The villa is walking distance to the beach and restaurants.Layout The front door leads into an open plan living room and kitchen/dining area. French windows lead out onto a spacious front balcony.The separate double bedroom has French windows leading out to a private balcony. Shower room is next to the bedroom. The villa is well separated from its neighbour with guests privacy in mind. Swimming pool has sunbathing terrace. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
