The villa sleeps 1 to 2 adults + 2 young children on sofa beds (1.84m length) but wide ALSO fit together as king size. Located in the centre of Paleocastritsa but quiet location 80 meters above the sea and beaches but away from the bustle and noise, very peaceful and very beautiful. One master bedroom with very comfortable king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Extra two beds can be set up in the bedroom if required to give you use of lounge. The Lounge has sofa beds (only 1.84 m long) for two children. Cot is available. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a new full sized 4 hob oven, large fridge, washing machine and microwave. Fast Wireless Internet at the Villa and smart TV with HDMI cable (please ask the owner) if you want to bring your laptop. 2000 sq metres of beautiful gardens and verandas.

Family has owned the land since 1969 and we have slowly built the villas and invested in the land and have protected the beautiful views. I am British but have lived abroad for 50 years. Born in Nottingham and grew up in Cornwall and worked in London and abroad. I am happily married with one child and two step children. I have had the honour and pleasure to work for such companies as Vogue Magazine (Conde Nast) in London, The Guardian, Emirates Airlines. I now live in Corfu and I am there to welcome you and Jimmy (Dimitri) helps with the garden and is our handyman. Self drive or accompanied boat rides to all other bays, diving, paragliding all manner of sports, tennis and golf and Aqualand not far either. Lovely old byzantium walks to other villages and Pheonecian ruins too. We have it all and the best views on the island as well as peace and quiet! Gorgeous gardens and BBQ's , very well looked after, lovely destination for a great holiday in a very comfortable villa with unbeatable surroundings and views.
