We are Bill & John two young entrepreneurs with family ties. We were both born in Athens and continue living in this fascinating city. We have both spent our early years in the tourism and hospitality industry assisting our family in its hotel and tour operator ventures. Bill holds a bachelor in Hospitality Management & International Tourism and John holds a bachelor in Marketing & Communication. We are committed to greeting our guests with large measures of Hellenic Filoxenia! We both love traveling and discovering new cultures. Just an hour’s ferry ride from Athens, this serene hideaway promises a five-star holiday experience from the moment you arrive. Set on a private, beautifully maintained estate, the villa overlooks the calm waters of the Saronic Gulf. Built from natural stone, the residence blends effortlessly with its surroundings. The estate features a main two-story villa, two charming guest houses, and a “taverna”—a shared space complete with a professional kitchen. Inside and out, every corner invites relaxation. Whether you're lounging by the pool or unwinding in the playroom, you'll constantly think, “I’m not leaving this place.” The villa includes a jacuzzi that fits up to six people. You can heat it for extra comfort or open the enclosure to enjoy an outdoor spa experience with views and fresh air. The main house offers 550 m² of elegant living space. On the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with twin beds. Each room features premium mattresses, linens, ample storage, and private balconies. A bonus? The twin room even has a charming vanity corner. This level also includes a spacious bathroom stocked with high-end toiletries.

Villa Tzikides Aegina is located in the Tzikides area on the Island of Aegina (a below the radar Island that is home to some of the best pistachios in the world.) After you have topped off your relaxation reserves and absorbed as much as you can of the residence’s tranquility, you might want to wander further afield. Your location is ideal for trips to the main town (Aegina) and/or the nearby picturesque fishing village of Perdika. The island is also the home of an ancient wonder standing gloriously ‘above’ the island – The Temple of Aphaia (c. 500 BC). Lastly, a trip to the gorgeous little islet of Moni (a 10’ boat ride from Perdika) is kind of mandatory – after all, you will be staring out at it every day from your residence. All in all, this superb residence embodies the essence of luxurious Greek Island living and is ideal for a large, extended family getaway or for a group of friends who want the best of both worlds – togetherness with a touch of privacy.
