Villa Veni is a 105 sq. m., two-storey property and can accommodate 4 people in its 2 bedrooms and up to 5 if necessary. This cosy dwelling offers superior design and construction quality and is furnished in a combination of bohemian and minimalist touches, making you feel like this was always your home. For those seeking a holiday oasis among nature, the search is over! Villa Veni, situated in a private land of 600 sq.m. on the outskirts of Veni village, is the haven you have been looking for! It is literally a hidden gem around the beauty and tranquility of a uniquely green landscape of olive trees and vineyards. Regarding the location, Villa Veni is located close to 3 Natura 2000 protected nature areas (Elafonisi, Balos and Falasarna) making it an ideal destination for nature and hiking lovers. Furthermore, the Villa is only 4 Km away from Kolymvari village and the beach that lies in front of it. The outdoor area offers: - A 40 sq.m. private swimming pool (minimum depth: 0.80 m, maximum depth: 1.50 m) with a special compartment for children. The pool can also be heated upon advance request at an additional daily charge for the entire stay. The tile-paved terrace around the pool is equipped with an outdoor shower, sun beds, and umbrellas for your comfort. - An outdoor dining area with a built-in table and bench under the shade of a pergola, where you can enjoy al fresco dining. - An organised barbecue area with an outdoor sink to prepare your meals. - Beautifully landscaped gardens, surrounded by olive trees, aromatic herbs, and fresh vegetables. Large lawn-covered area next to the pool, for children to play safely. - Parking space. Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge”, requiring a fee of 4 euros per night from March to November and 15 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash upon your arrival at the villa.

The villa is located in a totally private area, on the outskirts of a very small village called Veni. The village is between the seafront village of Kolymvari and the small town of Kissamos (Kasteli). There is nothing that you cannot find in Kissamos nowadays, as it has all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, many restaurants and services. In Kolymvari village which is only 4 km away, you will find a lovely beach, ideal for families and children. It also has few shopping stores, very good restaurants and tavernas and a few cafeterias. If you search for good entertainment, beach bars with daily parties, huge nightclubs and a variety of restaurants, then we suggest you to visit Platanias and Agia Marina area which is 20 minutes drive from our villa! Furthermore it is a great base for making excursions around Crete as the main national road is only 2 minutes away.
