Our very popular beach house, Villa del Mar is situated on the waterfront of Sapsila Bay, on a sandy beach with crystal clear waters. This exclusive stone-built property has one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace overlooking the bay and a second double bedroom with amazing bed sea view and a charming private bathroom. A third bedroom (featuring 2 single beds) has recently been added to the property. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen where you may prepare your delicious meals and a comfortable living room to relax and enjoy, featuring the latest electronic equipment for picture and sound. The outdoors of the villa is designed for you to fully exploit this magnificent by the sea location. You can choose to relax on the shaded wooden-furnished lounging and dining area equipped with a table, sun loungers, fitted sofas, a hammock and a barbecue or lay on your reserved spot on the beach which you can access directly through the colorful garden surrounding the property. A mini pool jacuzzi has been placed in the front terrace and the path to the beach has been paved in traditional Patmian stone. A second jacuzzi has been installed on the upper terrace. Free private parking space and wifi throughout the property is available.
