I am greek but have lived abroad (London and Brussels) for 35 years, studying, working, making a family. I first came to Naxos in 2006 and bought a family house, 400m from Sunset. It was love at first sight. Have been coming back to the island ever since, and I am now living here permanently. I find the area as amazing, unspoilt , food is excellent, prices very reasonable and I promise to do my best to ensure your stay at my property and this island to be as unforgettable as possible.

Comfortable and spacey for a family, with a great private garden, proximity to a perfect sandy beach within 3min walk through private pathway, sea views and outside sitting areas... walking distance to excellent tavernas and mini market to chill out, to enjoy the beach, to enjoy your vacation with your kids at your own space. and for the digital nomads, a great place to work remotely throughout the year !!

Neighborhood info

Glyfada/Kastraki areas offer if not the best but certainly the most unspoiled beaches of Naxos, with endless stretches of sand and turquoise waters. excellent tavernas, mini marker and bus stop (for the summer time) within 300m. Safe An excellent area to both enjoy without going anywhere else or to use as base for exploring Naxos depending on the time of the year, the interests can change, but to give a hint : windsurfing and kitesurfing are king sports for the summer, with schools 200m or 5 km away (the largest on the island). Then, one can do snorkelling, rent bikes and tour the island, do individual or organised trekking tours , even accepting the challenge to visit Zas cave and Zas mountain top (1006m high). There are plenty archeological sites to visit, cultural events etc. you won't be disappointed :) and of course I will be there to answer questions and make more personalised recommendations
