Wild Oaks Cottage is a place that combines tranquility and location with great facilities. With a rustic decor and impeccable finishes throughout, this fabulous house is literally a 5-10 min. walk through a pine forest path to Valopetres beach, with pure white sands and crystal clear turquoise waters, allowing you to enjoy an unsurpassed peace and privacy, in one of the most enjoyable destinations in Greece. This superb mountain style cottage has 150 sq.m. living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms in two levels. Is build on a 4500 sq.m. field with oak, pine and olive trees that literally cover the premises creating a comfortable cooling breeze. The house is surrounded by a wide terrace facing the garden and a balcony overlooking the stunning pine forest and the magnificent bay of Kassandra. Designed to provide the perfect holiday experience, the cottage is a fully equipped household with hypoallergenic memory foam mattresses and pillows, air conditioning, 32’ smart TV in each bedroom, WiFi broadband internet, remote control main entrance, secure parking, doors and windows, BBQ, mosquito nets, fans, water filtration system, hammock, umbrellas and sun beds at the beach.

I will be you host. Assistance and security is available 24/7. Please note that this is a "Housekeeping Cottage" which means that no one enters the cottage during your stay. Fresh towels, linens and blankets will be provided. We will also provide a standard vacuum cleaner and all the necessities to keep your place clean and tidy. The guests are expected to treat the premises, all facilities and it's equipment with great respect and care. Wild Oaks Cottage is an ecology oriented place, thus saving water and energy when not needed will be appreciated. Recycling and composting is available. Smoking is permitted on all open areas, candles and oil lamps are not allowed anywhere due to fire hazard. The barbecue uses butane gas and should be handled with great care. I will be more than glad to give you directions, information and tips about the area, enhancing your holiday experience. Complimentary coffee, tea, local Grappa and organic vegetables from our personal garden when available.

Is a quite neighborhood even at high season. Lots of space between our next door neighbor. Full privacy. Friendly, quite and discrete people. The area is full of beautiful trails, clear sea waters, tennis courts, bike rentals, scuba centers, day sailing or power boats, water sports, thermal springs, spas, quality beach bars, night clubs, gourmet restaurants, five star hotels, musical events, open theater, and many more. The village of Kriopigi is only 15 min. walking distance away. There you can find groceries stores, bakery, butcher shop, fish market, gas station, bus stop, taxi station, car, motor bike and bike rentals.. Parties and events are not allowed in our premises. The Greek law for public rest that is keeping noises down between 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00 should be respected. Children should be under parental supervision at all times. Best time to visit is May, June, September and October, when is less crowded.
