A cozy 3-bedroom villa with history, located in Argassi on the island of Zakynthos. Built in 1980, it preserves the charm of the past while offering modern comfort. The villa features a spacious 10-meter infinity pool with sea view (currently under construction). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The spacious living room with an open kitchen is perfect for relaxing. From the terrace, enjoy breathtaking views: watch the sun rise over the sea and set behind the mountain beyond Zakynthos town. A peaceful retreat with unforgettable views and timeless character. All the furniture was specially crafted in Vietnam and brought to Zakynthos to give the villa a unique, warm, and personal touch. Fittingly, “Xenia” in Greek means hospitality — and that’s exactly what you’ll feel here.
Villa is hosted by owners - Eduard and Kseniia a young couple, who carefully curated every detail to make it feel like home. We are always at your service, looking forward to speaking with you to help plan your next holiday to the beautiful island of Zakynthos!
