The house was built with stone and wood 69 years ago and was renovated 5 years ago with absolute respect for Cretan (rustic) architecture. This makes it cool in summer and warm in winter. Inside, the main room with the fireplace, the old ceiling and the very careful old elements make it very warm. The bedroom with the king size bed promises relaxation in a peaceful environment. But the "trump card" of the house is its large yard. The big mulberry promises lunches, reading, relaxing under its thick shade. At the beginning of the summer you can taste plenty of sweet berries and crimson cherries that you will share with a variety of birds but they generously offer their song. On the other hand, it is the only sound that will disturb your peace. In October we offer you excellent grapes from our vineyard!

The village of Karydi, in the center of the Sitia Geopark, is the joy of the speleologist. The small and the big Peristeras are within walking distance, but Pelekita and Katofygi are also very close.
