Στο υπερυψωμένο ισόγειο υπάρχει 1 δωματιο με δυπλο κρεβατι και πληρως εξοπλισμενο ιδιωτικο μπανιο, το σαλόνι η τραπεζαρία, και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Στον πρώτο όροφο υπάρχει η κρεβατοκάμαρα με ένα διπλό κρεββάτι και ένα μονο κρεβάτι ,και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο μπάνιο Από τη βεράντα, έχετε πρόσβαση στο αίθριο του σπιτιού από το οποίο μπορείτε να απολαμβάνετε την θέα προς τη θάλασσα. Σε απόσταση 5-15 λεπτών σας περιμένουν καταστήματα όπως φούρνος , super markets ,ναξιακά προϊόντα , τράπεζες , νοσοκομείο κ.α. Στον ίδιο χρόνο είστε στο κάστρο και την παραλία της χώρας, όπου θα βρείτε καφέ, μπαρ, εστιατόρια, μεζεδοπωλεία κ.α. Πύργοι, βυζαντινές εκκλησίες, αγάλματα, μουσεία, γραφικά χωριά, σπηλιές, θαλάσσιες δραστηριότητες και εκδρομές σας περιμένουν ώστε να γνωρίσετε το νησί.
