The apartment is situated in a quiet, residential area of Kastel Gomilica. It is placed on the south side slopes of Kozjak mountain, only 5 min walk to the beach, marina and location where some scenes of Game of Thrones was filmed. Kastela is town between two very old towns Split and Trogir where You can get with bus, train, taxi in only 15 minutes. There are dozen of restaurants and bars in Kastela where You can eat domestic food and drink domestic wine. Airport is 10 minutes away with car or bus. If you decide to visit some croatian islands the ferry port is in town Split from where you can travel to Italy also. If You visit Split town You can see a Diocletian's palace (old more than 1700 years) and "Riva", city's main promenade, where you can find all the restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife, as I said ferry port and the main bus and train terminal are nearby. On Your way to Split town You can enjoy in view to Salona ruins and the view to Klis fortress where some scenes of Game of Thrones was filmed also, You can also see almost 2000 years old aqueduct which is still in function. There are many locations to visit in this part of Croatia so don't wait, come here and enjoy.
