Agava is situated on the very end of the Pelješac peninsula (on its last street), in the calm cove called Mirce (from the Croatian word for peace, "mir") where the sea is always mellow and turquoise. Located less than a hundred meters from the seashore, in the first row by the sea, our house offers all you need for relaxation and enjoyment under the sun. The house expands over a vast space comprising of two floors and the outdoor cascading terrain. It is equipped with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, a living room, and a balcony plus a spacious terrace with a view that spans over the garden towards the sea, the whole bay, and the neighboring island of Korčula. There is a free, private parking included with a capacity for two vehicles (+ more if needed) in the front of the house. I like to build something new every year and I like going spearfishing.

The village of Lovište (Croatian for "hunting/fishing ground") is the furthermost populated place on Pelješac – a small, fishing-oriented place, but one that offers soulful summer evenings and a not too crowded atmosphere. Because of its geographical location and the nature of the terrain (which is mainly pine forests and limestone shores), this gem of the Earth offers superb climate and a lot of sunshine (according to some sources, Lovište has the greatest number of sunny days in Croatia 🌞). Our house offers a haven for anyone craving a beautiful vacation on this heavenly location. The first supermarket is a 10-minute walk from the house, while the city of Orebić is 20km away: it offers a variety of shops and the option to travel by ferry to the nearby islands (Korčula, Hvar, Brač, Mljet, Lastovo, and Vis). There are numerous outdoor activities that can be done in the Lovište area or close by (from simply swimming in the blue to kayaking or windsurfing), and there are many untouched beaches around that are accessible by boat.
