Apartment/little house ALEK is situated in Novigrad, just 5 minutes walk from the city center, all main attractions and the beach. Apartment ALEK is next to a family house with private parking space. It consists of a common area with kitchen, air conditioning, satellite TV, free WiFi, bathroom with shower, two separate bedrooms with double beds (160x200cm). There is also a large terrace with outdoor barbecue where you can relax and enjoy your outdoor time. We also provided a special extra space for your bikes or we offer the option to use ours.
I am Luiza, a photographer amateur and art lover. Some of my works are exhibited in the apartment. I will be available to you if you need directions, how to visit some of the attractions for photographers or do excursions in old Istria (Grožnjan, Oprtalj, Motovun ...). We can communicate in Croatian, Italian or English language.
This spacious 50 square meter apartment is located near the center of Novigrad, just 500 meters from the city center and all the beaches. The main advantage is that all Novigrad attractions and important facilities are only minutes away from the accommodation (supermarket, bank, pharmacy, bus station, cafe bar, exchange office - 100 meters). The car will only be needed if you decide to go out of town.
