Comfortable and spacious apartment, with a lot of lightness. Apartment has 52 square meters with living room and balcony, master bedroom, large kitchen with dinning area, and a bathroom. It is fully equipped with everything needed for a multi-day stay. It has unlimited high speed WiFi internet, and Air Conditioning. There is a beautiful view of the sea and city harbor both from the living room with balcony, and from the kitchen. Building is located in a quiet and peaceful street, walking distance from the city center. It is fully accessible by car to the entrance of the building, with free parking on the street. Apartment is conveniently located on the 1st floor. It is very close to the city center, only 10-minute walk to Korzo (downtown main street), bus station, railway station, ferry port, and harbor. It is also close to tourist attractions such as Guvernerova Palača, Kozala Cemetery (one of the nicest city cemeteries in Europe), and museums.

After working as an engineer for 20 years, and I decided to make a new start. My wife Aldijana and I turned our own condominium into apartment for tourist rental, while we moved with our baby girl, just a few blocks away. So we are in the neighborhood in case you need us for anything. We are relaxed, and we both enjoy connecting with new people. Staying with us is like staying with friends or family. We can provide you with a lot of local tips such as restaurants, and places to visit in Rijeka. As an extra bonus, I offer short history lecture free of charge, for guests who want to learn more about city rich history. Our goal is to make your stay in Rijeka better, so please let us know if there is anything we can help. We speak English, Italian, German, and Croatian language.

You can find almost everything in our neighborhood. From buying groceries to doing haircuts. There are several coffee shops, and restaurants. So unless you want to go sightseeing, you dont even need to go to the downtown. The very center of our neighborhood is the traffic light, at the street intersection of Laginjina and Baštijanova ulica. You can find few grocary stores, and a bakery there. There are also coffee shops, pizza takeaway, restaurant, pharmacy, laundery service, haircut salon, and other services. When you exit the building, turn left and keep walking for about 300 meters to get there. Except for shopping, there are also 2 large city parks with playgrounds for kids. There is a bus station if you want to use public transportation. City bus line 4 is operating every few minutes to take you to the downtown.
