It is very simple: There are not many places with the view and the luxury to have direct access to the sea. We provide you with space to store your sports equipment such as bicycle stands. Upon request you can rent our garden with its authentic BBQ place. Further, you can rent a boye for your boat. In a nutshell - we are an authentic place to stay.
We are the Kiefer-Family. We operate the guesthouse in 3rd generation. Claudia’s mom is originally from Povlja as our Tomcat is :-).
We are passionate about one thing: Vacation is to re-energize, re-cover and relax. Therefore we love the puristic lifestyle of Povlja.
The Kiefers in a nutshell:
Claudia - soul of the family and Blaga's daughter - studied Culture & Economics and worked for many years in Tourism
Tobias - entrepreneur, coach, trainer for leadership & teaming and daily on his stand-up paddle-board
Madita - student with the ambition to become a YouTuber - the one show rescues wasps and any kind of animal in Povlja
Bastian - student and the one who is still waiting for a waterproof version of a Nintendo switch
Povlja is a small fisherman village with appr. 300 inhabitants. The location is ideal for various marine sports such as Stand-Up Paddling, Surfing, Kayaking, Swimming. Further, Povlja is a great place to start your Mountain Biking or Race-Biking-Tours across the biggest Dalmatian island. Since Povlja is at the end of a road, the traffic in the village is absolutely minimal.
Apartman Blaga is directly at the sea and literally 2-3 walking minutes away from the small and authentic restaurants in the village. Povlja provides 2 supermarkets, a Tourist- and Postoffice with 24x7 access to an ATM.
The clue: All beaches are less than 5-8 minutes away - without ever using your car!
