Nice and spacious apartment with 3 guest rooms, shared bathroom, toilet, and kitchen used by all guests. Guests can enjoy privacy in their rooms while having access to the shared spaces for cooking, relaxing, and socializing. We take extra care to keep everything very clean, fresh, and modern, so everyone can feel completely comfortable and enjoy a peaceful stay. The apartment is in a prime location, close to all essential facilities. Nearby you will find markets, bars, a pharmacy, an ATM, a tobacco shop, and a 24-hour bakery. Parking spaces are available all around the building, and the tram stop is right in front. Most sights, including the main square and main train station, are within a 20-minute walk, while the main bus station is just 5 minutes away.

The neighbourhood is very peaceful, even though the apartment is in the wider city centre. It is perfect for both rest and work. There is a tram stop right in front of the building, giving you easy access to any part of the city. The main railway station is very close, and the main bus station is only a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is easily accessible by car, and parking spaces are available all around the building.
