The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. It was a last minute thing because of a missed flight connection. We arrived in the middle of the night, past the normal check-in time, but the staff was able to arrange to still have us checked in at the last minute. We also asked for a later checkout while waiting for replacement flight and they were able to allow us to stay in a room longer. And then we also forgot some personal items in the room and they arranged to ship them back to us, so all in all, they really went above and beyond.

Staff is very polite n helpful. I called them from the airport and within 10 mins, the shuttle was there to pick us up. Hotel reception staff was superb as the lady helped by taking one trolley bag with her to the room, chef was very good as she made wonderful dinner for us. My kids enjoyed the setting of the room. Overall we had a wonderful overnight stay there and to our surprise, the breakfast was also available from early morning at 6 AM. This helped us to eat proper breakfast before boarding our flight. I wish to give 6 star ratings if its available.

It is a nice Modern Hotel.

It is a nice Modern Hotel. Breakfast is absolutely excellent. But it was misleading because they advertised a hotel shuttle to and from the airport which they do not have so therefore it cost us 60 Euros more and would have otherwise stayed at another place if they hadn't lied about that. The rooms are nice one of the two beds was old and squeaky but the other bed was good. Restaurants close to early.

The hotel is situated in a suburban area which was a pleasant surprise so close to the airport. Many lovely places to walk in the area with shops and bakeries nearby so the location is ideal. The hotel itself is a wonderfully restored building with lots of history. The dining area seemed like a magnet for maybe locals, which is great for them, but as a visiting tourist we felt a bit like we didn't belong???

Loved this little town soooo much!

Loved this little town soooo much! Excellent place to walk around, get coffees, ice cream and food. Beautiful parks and trees, live music on the weekend and plenty of spots to grab a drink. The city felt safe and was clean. The restaurant 268 Burgers & Pizza as well as Monument Pizza & Grill were fantastic and super affordable. Most places have outdoor seating but keep in mind that smoking is allowed both inside and outside.

For a one night stop over ideal.

For a one night stop over ideal. I guess as a base for visiting Zagreb would have also been okay but maybe a touch too far from the city. That said it wasn’t too far from a supermarket and a bus stop to get into Zagreb.

Velika Gorica is a cosy town with a selection of good...

Velika Gorica is a cosy town with a selection of good restaurants. I especially recommend the Mexican restaurant. It's not for young people who want to party, as everything seems to close at 9-10PM and in Sundays everthing is closed, even the bakeries.

I chose Velika Gorica because it was close to the airport, but could have easily spent another day there visiting the shops and cafes. It would be a great place to stay for a few days of downtime. Unfortunately, I was only there for one night.

We reach the hotel at around 11 in the night . The key was not present in the locker and we had worst experience as we were standing outside the hotel for almost 2 hours in the wind . Finally the booking staff cancel the hotel as the host was unreachable. we tried to call him multiple time but still no one pick up the call . Very poor management and lack of responsibility from the host .

The location is ideal if you're looking for a place to stay before or after a flight. I booked this hotel for a work trip, and it was perfect for that purpose. However, if you're planning a night out or looking for a lively area, this might not be the best choice as there's not much nightlife nearby. The service is also excellent

The staff were amazing (particularly Matt) - went out of their way to ensure that we were on time for our flight, printed off boarding passed and provided excellent value for money airport parking. Great to have an outside terrace in an airport hotel. Can't speak highly enough about this place
