Prostrani i moderno opremljen studio apartman Marti (65 m2) u mirnom dijelu Kostrene, savršen za 4 osobe-posebno za obitelj s djecom ili goste koji traže opušten odmor u prirodi. Uz apartman je osiguran besplatni privatni parking.
Gostima je na raspolaganju uređeni vrt sa vanjskim roštiljem, terasa za opuštanje sa pogledom na more, vanjski tuš - idealno za večernja druženja u mirnom okruženju.
Apartman nudi sve za ugodan boravak: klima uređaj, besplatni WiFi, TV, perilicu rublja i posuđa, veliki hladnjak i zamrzivač , aparat za kavu, mikrovalnu pećnicu , pribor za jelo i posuđe .
Plaža i more udaljeni su svega 10-15 minuta lagane šetnje, a automobilom 2 minute. Šetnica uz more duga je 3 km sa mnogobrojnim plažama, klupama za odmor, dječjim igralištima i zelenilom. Osim šetnje uz more i ljetna kupanja, na raspolaganju je ronilački centar i ugostiteljski objekti sa raznovrsnom ponudom. Razvijene su vrlo atraktivne biciklističke i pješačke staze. U neposrednoj blizini apartmana nalazi se Eko park Rasadnik-prekrasan prostor s mediteranskim biljem i zonama za odmor. Za ljubitelje aktivnog odmora, u blizini su uređene trim staze kroz šumu sa spravama za vježbanje.
Studio apartman Marti udaljen je 5 min automobilom od Rijeke. U blizini apartmana se nalazi ambulanta, pošta, benzinska pumpa, veliki supermarket, restoran Paris, pekara i kafići .
