Riječ je o dvojnoj kući, pri čemu svaka jedinica ima svoj zaseban ulaz i potpunu privatnost. Objekt je u potpunosti ograđen te gostima stoje na raspolaganju dva privatna parkirna mjesta unutar dvorišta. Na istoj parceli živi domaćin koji je uvijek na raspolaganju za pomoć i informacije, uz poštivanje privatnosti gostiju.
