I'm renting my apartments for so many years and now we are on booking too because we have a brand new apartment. Apartment is not far from beach, just 50 m air distance, still far enough to have peacefull vacation and stunning views.
I wellcome my guests as they're my family or friends. There is always some coffee, juice and home made liqueur (my wife makes it) to wellcome you. I'm happy when I see my guests coming back again.
