The house is located in a dead-end street with very little traffic. Private parking for the guests is in front of the house. To the center is 350m and to the nearest beach 290m. The house is 48m above sea level. From the house to the beach down the hill takes about 3-4 minutes, from the beach to the house uphill takes about 6-9 minutes with the road, no stairs. Apartments are located on the last floor of the house and have a nice sea view.
