Kuća je kulturni spomenik , jedna od najstarijih u Gospiću. nalazi se u samom centru grada. Kuča ima svoju povijest, nekad je bila vlasništvo starih gospićkih trgovaca. Na pedeset metara teče rijeka Novčica , uz nju je šetnica . U blizini kuće je sve što prolazniku treba (kafići , restorani, hoteli, banke ljekarne, sudovi, itd.) sve je to dostupno pješice. Pored svega toga u kući ćete imati savršen mir i osjetiti čar stare kamene gradnje , a opet ugodnog novo uređenog smještaja U dvorištu objekta postoji velika garaža dovoljna za parkiranje vaših vozila, osobito motocikala, zaštićena od kiše i sunca a vrlo pristupačna za ulaz s ulice.
Svoje goste uvijek srdačno dočekujemo uz našu domaću ličku šljivovicu, budući da imamo dugogodišnje iskustvo iznajmljivanja apartmana u Karlobagu ,gost nam je uvijek na prvom mjestu.
Četvrt je u strogom centru grada, sve je na dohvat ruke(barovi, restorani, hoteli, muzeji ,banke, ljekarne, sudovi. Noćni klub za mlade nalazi se u susjednoj ulici, kao i poznata pivnica. Iako se smještaj nalazi u središtu grada noći su bez buke, a sigurnost za goste je maksimalna .
