Company info

We are a family of four, local residents in Bol. We have been renting apartments for several years, in a newly constructed building. Constant improvements are being made to it for your pleasure and comfort. Leave all your worries when you come visit us because we will provide you with information about what to visit and see as well as how to reach best local spots for leisure and recreation. We are happy to get to know new people and look forward to hosting you. Some of our guests happily return every year. We wish you a pleasant stay and welcome to our lovely town and home!

Property info

The apartments are spacious, with a lovely terrace/balcony/patio and a view to the seaside (or the Mediterranean garden in the studio apartment). Any amenity you could need for a carefree stay is available to you in our apartments, but feel free to contact us for any additional help. Each apartment has its own color scheme - orange, green or blue. The kitchen and dining room are separate from the bedroom for your comfort (except in the studio apartment). Preparing meals or drinking your morning coffee will be a pleasure with a view from the kitchen/balcony. The property is a relatively new constructed building, with constant refurbishing and improvements made to keep the space updated and fresh for new guests.

Neighborhood info

Situated in the quiet part of Bol, close to beautiful family beaches, but within walking distance of the city center, the location of our apartments offers the best of both worlds to everyone. You can get enough peace and quiet but still be close enough to the events, beaches and drinks in the city center. This location will please everyone, a family, couples or a group of friends. Three beaches are very close to the apartment, a beautiful Monastery, and a shop. 50 meters from the apartment there is home cuisine restaurant with affordable prices - Mendula. 200 meters from the apartment you can visit the Dominican monastery. 200 meters from the apartment are three beautiful beaches.
