Our property is a 4 apartment house with 700 m2 garden from which 2 of them on a ground floor are for rent. Around the house there is a big garden surrounded by live green tree fence so we have all the privacy needed.
I am a 58 year old man very open for conversation and very eager to meet new people. I work as a manager at a city sport hall. I like football and spearfishing.
Our house is situated in a peaceful residential area of Novigrad. The area has two small shops, restaurants, market place, playground, tennis courts and beach and it is only 2 km from city center reachable by a 10 min short walk or a minute drive.
Languages spoken: German,English,French,Croatian,Italian
