Cleanliness is our priority. We make sure that you can enjoy your stay and are at your disposal if you need help during your stay. We can give you recommendations where you can have a nice meal or make an excursion (e.g. rafting) nearby.

Property info

The beautifully furnished apartments "TONI 2000" are a family run business and are located in Split-Podstrana, a tourist place near Split (8km) and in direct beach location. As a family in Germany, we have already gained years of experience in the hotel and catering industry. With the apartments "TONI 2000" we have fulfilled a dream and built a wonderful house with direct beach location, pool and barbecue area. In the summer of 2019 we also opened a new supermarket on the ground floor of the house, with all amenities such as a small bakery, daily fresh fruit and vegetables. All Apartments are designed to meet the needs of our guests. All rooms have a bathroom with shower, a very comfortable box-spring bed, a small kitchenette, air-conditioning, satellite TV, fridge, free internet access and wardrobe. Our rooms have a wonderful balcony and a view of the Adriatic Sea, as well as the islands of Brac. Guests have free parking spaces in the courtyard or depending on Traffic on our extra parking spot 150m away . Each apartment has a kitchenette with fridge and a bathroom with shower, a Haie dryer. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The airport is about 30 km from the accommodation. Mall of Split and City Center One Split are only a few minutes away by car/bus.

Podstrana is surrounded by many intriguing locations that can be reached in less than half an hour in any direction. The palette of the landscapes of Podstrana is truly remarkable: from the mountain peaks and the southern slopes of Perun, to the sea coast and aquatorium and the mouth and banks of the river Žrnovnica. The balmy Mediterranean climate and havens of tame, pristine nature are bound to make any tour or stay in Podstrana that you opt for truly unforgettable.
