Objekt Oltari bio je davno prije stara škola, pa gostiona i trgovina... Nedavno je potpuno renoviran u kuću s potpuno opremljenim apartmanima i bazenom. Ukupno se može smjestiti 12 gostiju u tri apartmana . U planu je u prizemlju otvoriti konobu koja će nuditi domaća autohtona jela. Idealno je mjesto za 2-3 obitelji ili individualce koji žele provesti kvalitetan odmor na svježem zraku, okruženi šumom, da ih jutrom budi ptičji pjev. Ovo je idealno mjesto za odmor, za pješačenje, planinarenje, duge šetnje ili biciklizam. Ali i za sve sve one koji preferiraju kupanje u moru, , jer do mora je samo 15 minuta vožnje, dok su noći malo svježije što nudi kvalitetan san.
Mjesto Oltari nalazi se na 940 metara nadmorske visine, na samom ulazu u Nacionalni park Sjeverni Velebit. Blizina jednog od najviših vrhova Velebita-Zavižana, Kuće Velebita u Krasnu, Utočišta medvjeda u Kuterevu , Nacionalnog parka Plitvička jezera te blizina i drugih nacionalnih parkova . Zanimljivo je da se u vremenu od 15 minuta stiže od same obale mora do visine od skoro tisuću metara odakle se pruža pogled na more, otoke i cijeli Kvarnerski zaljev.
