This 116 m² apartment is spread over three floors and offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay: Relax on the terrace with a gas barbecue on the ground floor or indulge in the heated jacuzzi on the roof terrace, completely protected from view. With two bedrooms and a total of five beds (4+1), Agape comfortably accommodates the whole family. A fold-out cot is also available for the youngest. Each of the three floors has a toilet, and on the first floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, while on the second floor there is a bathroom with a shower. Prepare your favorite meals in the kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and electric grill. Enjoy games on the PS5, relax with a game of darts or organize a table football tournament. Of course, fast Wi-Fi is also available. There is a new children's playground near the apartment, ideal for families. Two private parking spaces with video surveillance are also provided, with the possibility of charging an electric car.
The main landmark in Kerestinec is Erdödy Castle, a Renaissance-Baroque fortress from the 16th century, notable for its cylindrical corner towers. It has a rich and turbulent history, having served various purposes including a prison, and is now often used for hosting events. Sveta Nedelja is known for its religious and natural attractions, primarily the Church in the town center, and its beautiful natural heritage. The area features several Sveta Nedelja Lakes (especially Lake Rakitje) and surrounding hills, which are popular for recreational activities like cycling, walking, fishing, and adrenaline sports. Additionally, Sveta Nedelja has gained modern recognition as the home of the high-performance electric car manufacturer, Bugatti Rimac.
