This beautiful and comfortable two bedroom Apartment Anai is located in a very peaceful, safe and green part of Rijeka, just next to rich and popular skate park, children's playground, shopping center 50 m far Kaufland with electric charging station for vehicles, Interspar and ZTC. Apartment is placed on the top of family house with magnificent sea view. The location is perfect for everyone who enjoys to be surrounded with greenery, quietness and just a few minutes from city center 3.9km, beach Kantrida –Ploče with swimming pool 2.4km, shopping center ZTC 800m and 10 min foot steps from Orto Nova Clinic, nomination for best dental treatment for international patients in year 2023, skate park, children's playground. Apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, one is with king size bed, other one is with bed 120x200cm, bathroom, hallway, spacious livingroom with exit to terrace and balcony both with direct sea view, outdoor furniture, sun loungers and parasol, kitchen with all equipment, dining area. Apartment has 83m2, plus terrace (20m2 and balcony (6m2). Apartment has its own free internet – wifi, 2 x air condition, additional electric fan in smaller bedroom. Family house is surrounded with big garden with private parking. To the beach is 15 minutes by foot, or 3 minutes by car.
Me, Boris and my wife Snježana are very open minded and like to meet new people. That is why we have decided to open our house and to offer you our unique product that we have carefully designed. Our wish is that also someone else, that visits Rijeka, our home town, has the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent position and the view from our terrace and balcony to Kvarner's bay. Our plans are to invest in our house and to offer our guests something more and specific. In our offer you as our guest will have the possibility to rent bike's.
Apartment is suitable for 5 guests. You will enjoy your stay at our apartment because of it's position, speciousness, large balcony with magnificent sea view and the garden. In the offer of the apartment there are also 4 bicycles to rent with extra charge. Apartment is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood.
