Short ride by car and You can go to: Opatija - 10 min Medveja beach - 5 min Moscenicka Draga Beach - 10 min The apartment is located in a beautiful historicist villa from the early 20th century. The house is very private, set in a garden with an access from the street, with the terrace boasting a relaxing sea view. The interiors recreate the authentic atmosphere of the local villas from the Habsburg tradition in the area, a combination of the antique and the modern, with wooden parquet floors. There are two fully equipped bathrooms and a salon with antique furnishings. The apartment also includes a wiFi connection and a well-equipped self-catering kitchen. AC is unnecessary for the thick walls that keep the apartment cool during the warm season. For the cold season, a furnace and central heating are available.
