Welcome to our spacious and charming apartment located in a private house with a total of three apartments – an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday in an authentic Dalmatian atmosphere. The 115 m² apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. It consists of two cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen connected to a spacious living room, two bathrooms (one of which features a whirlpool bathtub for complete relaxation), and an additional separate toilet. The rustic interior design and carefully selected details create a warm atmosphere and an authentic Dalmatian ambiance. From the balcony, as well as from all rooms in the apartment, you can enjoy a beautiful, open sea view that will delight you at any time of day – from your morning coffee to romantic sunsets. The house is situated on cascading terrain, and stairs lead to the shared swimming pool. The pool is located on a spacious terrace equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the view. Due to the stairs and the terrain configuration, the apartment is not suitable for guests with disabilities. Guests have access to private parking right next to the house (a great advantage during the summer months). In addition to enjoying the shared swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers, guests also have access to a fireplace on the shared terrace – the perfect spot to relax and prepare a delicious barbecue in a pleasant atmosphere.
