Central I is luxury studio apartment located in the oldest part of Split called Veli Varoš. Just a 5 minute walk to the city center and Diocletian's palace makes it one of the most attractive and sought after accommodation in the city. The apartment has been completely renovated and modernly decorated, but in our opinion, special beauty is given by the renovated stone wall, with which we wanted to preserve the spirit of old Split and give to one story of modern time the stamp of tradition and old times from which it originated.
Hello, my name is Lea. I am your host at studio apartment Central and at your disposal regarding anything you may need or want to know while being our guests. Also my goal and service is to make you feel welcome and more than comfortable while staying at our apartment.
Few parts of the coast are associated with Dalmatia as it once was as Veli Varoš in Split, once part of the city where poor workers lived. A maze of pedestrian streets wind around several significant churches and up Marjan Hill. Look for the traditional peasant housing that consists of a closed courtyard, stable and wine cellar on the ground floor and an exterior staircase leading to the housing area on the first floor. It's a pleasant area to wander and easy to become lost!
