Villa Degenija is situated in the small and peaceful village Jablanac which is a part of Velebit Nature park, and provides for you: - accommodation 150 m2, on the ground and upper floor - private heated swimming pool 30 m2 - private parking - beautiful sea view - beautiful garden - 3 large terraces that have shades from big pine trees - fully equipped BBQ facilities - gym - complete privacy - 5 min walk to village center and beach - two boat moorings for boats of max. 7-8 meters Additionally, a few more information about apartment: - house is divided in two separate units (with separate entrances) - 12 persons accommodation - fully equipped kitchen - 5 bedrooms with king size beds - 1 bedroom with pull-out sofa - 5 full bathrooms - dining/living room with pull-out sofa - air conditioning in every room - table tennis and table football - maxi bar - place to hang near the pool
House Degenija is a family run project and as such our main goal is to ensure our guests have a perfect holiday, away from the city rush. The only noise you will hear is bird song. Every year we try to improve and add something new. We like personal, friendly approach and we are here to answer any questions you might have and help you spend your vacation as nice as possible.
