You are looking for a holiday in the great apartment just 5 50 meters from the sea? Apartment is located in the town of Duce is linked to a private home, has 50 square meters of living space . In front of and around apartment is a garden for enjoyment and relaxation. apartment also has a private garage for guests. It offers a feeling of home and comfort, so you will have feeling like you are in your own home, but only difference is that this one is located so close to the sea. Location of apartment offers excellent connection with everything you may need. Many restaurants, caffe bars, souvenir shop, market, everything is here, including E.R and pharmacy which are also very near (2 kilometers). Duće is not far away from bigger towns like Omiš (which is 2 minutes away with personal car), Split and Makarska, and bus connection is also good, so you can go everywhere you want. Also Duće offers many summer entertainment like, renting a jet ski, paragliding, renting boats and trips to the island Brač and Hvar.
Hi I'm Marija, I live in Omis, with my family. With husband and daughter, we just start with this business and we are very satisfied, I hope you will feel the same.
Duće is very calm but very lively place during the summer. It is conveniently for different aged people, from babies to middle-aged people and pensioners. Duće is also surrounded by mountains, which offer trekking and recreational trails for relaxation in nature. So thanks to that Duće represents combination of sea and mountains. Duće is placed so near to the sea and above it is mountain trails which can offer real advanture. The closest supermarket is 100 meters away from the house. . Duće offers mayn kind of relaxation from the many reatsurants, caffe bars till the water and beach entertainment. Near Duće (15 minutes of walking) is Omiš. Getting Around Just 150 meters from the house there is a bus stop, of the line 60, that will take you to Split or to Omiš.
