Luksuzni apartman na 2. katu s pogledom na more u novogradnji, 58 m2 sa jednom spavaćom sobom, kupaonicom, kuhinja, dnevni boravak, balkon i parkirno mjesto u zajedničkoj garaži (lift iz garaže do 2. katu). Smješten u neposrednoj blizini (100m) "Žnjan" (1 km) more i plažu.
Stan se nalazi u mirnom i tihom susjedstvu, očekujem goste da poštuju to i postuju pravila ponašanja za vrijeme njihovog boravka Zabava je dostupna na najvećoj plaži "Žnjan" kojoj se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini stana :)
