L'appartamento è di 60m2 composto da cucina completamente attrezzata con zona pranzo 2 camere da letto ( matrimoniale con letto King size ) Cameretta con letto singolo o a castello culla su richiesta, bagno con doccia, TV satellitare wifi, aria condizionata riscaldamento, zanzariere a tutte le finestre. Giardino in comune attrezzato di arredo ( tavolo con sedie, sedie a sdraio all ombra di gelsi. A 2 km si trovano farmacia banca ristoranti supermercati. A 6 km spiagge con acqua cristallina premiate con bandiera blu. Aquapark istralandia a 10 km campi da tennis, percorsi ciclabili vi faranno scoprire castelli d’istria, vigneti e uliveti, pittoreschi villaggi ricchi di ristoranti a condizioni familiare."
Da visitare posti di cultura istriana come grosnjan, motovun, portole. E pittoreschi villaggi di pescatori come umag Savudrija Novigrad. In queste zone troverete le strade del vino e dell'olio di olivo e del tartufo.
