Very comfortable newly-built house with three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Spacious living room (51 m2) with a fully equipped open-space kitchen. The living room also has a fireplace. Two bedrooms are facing east so you can wake up to sunlight. The third one is facing west and has a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower cabin (suitable for persons with disabilities). All the rooms and guest facilities are completely separated from the part where the owner lives. The guests have the entire courtyard at their disposal. If you do not want to take your car to the city centre, the owner can provide transportation to the nearest tram stop. Price includes: continental breakfast, bed sheets, towels, toilet articles, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, floor heating and parking space (3-4 cars). The kitchen is fully equipped (tableware for 6).
The house is located just 2.5 km from the freeway and 15 km from the airport - with very little or no traffic. Gas station, bakery and a pizza shop are just around the corner. Large shopping mall is 2.5 km away, as well as the Arena sports hall, a famous sports and concert venue.
