This charming and spacious apartment (60 m2) with the private parking in the center of Opatija, only 100 m from the sea/beach, except its great location offers everything you need on your vacation! It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, living room with the pull out sofa for another 2 persons, full equipped kitchen with also the washing machine and a microwave, bathroom with the shower, balcony and terrace/patio. It is equipped with SAT-TV, AIR-CONDITION and WIFI (wlan) internet.

I'm fortunate to be able to welcome people from all over the world in our charming piece of the Mediterranean called Opatija! Always there when you need me, I ensure that our guests feel really welcome! Hope you'll have the best experience during your stay! :)

Apartment LAUREL is located in the very center of Opatija, the so called Pearl of Adriatic, famous touristic town on the northern part of the Croatian Adriatic cost with the long tradition in tourism. The first hotel in Opatija, Kvarner, which still exists, was build in the end of 19th century (1884) and it's only 400 m far from our apartments. Villa Angiolina, the oldest villa in Opatija and St. Jacob church, around whose abbey the town was build (btw "opatija" is Croatian word for the English "abbey"), are also in the walking distance from the apartments. There is also (only 100 m from our apartments) the famous Lungomare, along the cost promenade, which is long 12 km and connects all little towns on the Opatija's Riviera. It starts in Volosko and ends in Lovran. Everyone who ever visited Opatija was stunned with its beauty and its uniqueness! You should really come and see it by your self. There’s no place like it!
