Apartment is located on the first floor of recently built four floor building. Everything inside the building and its surrounding is built on highest European standards. Apartment has one large bedroom, bathroom and living room joint with kitchen area. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Living room has TV, pull out couch bed for two more people to sleep, A/C and free wi-fi. One of the most beautiful features is balcony with dining table to sit and enjoy fresh air and sea view. Guests have private parking spot inside the building. People love to come and enjoy quiet evenings in safe and clean neighborhood.

Neighborhood is quiet and clean, located few minutes of walking from one of the biggest beach in Split, Žnjan. It is completely safe and very well connected with rest of the city. Few minutes of driving takes you to the biggest malls in Split where you can buy everything you wish. Neighborhood is located 10 minutes of driving from city center, Diocletian palace which is on the World Heritage List from UNESCO since 1979. The nearby Žnjan beach has recently undergone renovations and is set to open in May 2025. You can explore what it will look like by searching for 'Žnjan Plato' on Google.
