The apartments are located in a new 2-storey building in Punta, Umag. House area 200 sq.m. Lower apartment 100 sq.m., upper 80 sq.m. and a terrace of 20 sq.m. Parking for two cars, but you need to park one by one! Or 50m. there is free public parking. To the sea / beach 200 m. - this is a resort area and there are a large number of beaches. Nearby, 50 m, coniferous park. The nearest store is 450 meters away. To the ATP tennis courts, Stella Maris is 300 meters away. The nearest hotels are Sol Umag, Melia Coral and Melia Istrian Villas.

Umag is the most western resort town of Istria and Croatia. Umag is called the “Croatian gateway to Europe” for its proximity to Italy and Slovenia. Rest in Umag can be pleasantly combined with a tour of European cities - Venice, Trieste, and Ljubljana. Distance from Umag (Croatia) to Venice (Italy) - 210 km, to Trieste (Italy) - 49 km, to Ljubljana (the capital of Slovenia) - 133 km. Umag is a town of around 13,000 inhabitants which with about 45 km of the coastline and interesting hinterland integrates special features of the whole region and might be the best introduction into a different experience of the Mediterranean. The hinterland of Umag reveals beautiful hills with fortifications that offer us magnificent scenery and marvellous history, abundance of autochthonous agricultural specialties and friendly hosts. Sea in Umag is crystal clear and suitable for swimming from May till October. Umag is also known as the venue for the international annual tennis tournament among professionals - Croatia Open ATP series. The Croatia Open tournament takes place in July every year since 1990. In Umag is located the best clay tennis court in Croatia.
