Villa Perlla is situated in a beautiful house in Split, only 8,8km away from the city core of Split, and only 1 km from beautiful little town Stobreč. One part of the macadam road will bring you to this special house, where you can be united with nature. A unique harmony of colours, offer pure relaxation in a natural environment with a breathtaking view of the sea and islands from the first floor of the house. Villa Perlla consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is one bedroom and one bathroom. It has separated entrance through garage. This ground floor can take 4 persons. First floor of the Villa Perlla has big master bedroom with double bed and one room with two single beds. This part of villa can take 6 persons.
Villa Perlla has a large swimming pool, which is situated in the central part of the property. Nearest beach Duilovo is 800 m away from villa. Super market Plodine is 500-600 m away. . We recommend to our guests to come here with a car.
Our location is attractive because it on a border with vivacious Split and small town Stobreč. Only 8 km away from all famous bars and restaurants in Split and only 1 km away from restaurants and beaches in Stobreč. If you are tired of crowds these apartments are ideal for you. Attractive Žnjan Beach is also only 2 km away, and popular Split Mall is 3,4 km (8 minutes by car) away and City Center One for shopping is only 3 km (5 minutes away by car.) far away from villa Perlla.
