Both floors each have a kitchen with living area and two bedrooms. The units are connected by internal stairs and the minimum ceiling height is 110 cm on the upper floor. There is a barbecue in the garden. Nearby is the sandy Jaz beach, which is ideal for families with children. Preko is the centre of the island of Ugljan, which is easily accessible by ferry from Zadar. Take the opportunity to visit the historic city of Zadar.
