This is a beautiful and cozy one bedroom apartment that is perfect for a a small family or a couple, only minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Croatia. The apartment includes an eat in kitchen that is fully equipped, a living room, a bathroom, and a large balcony with a garden view, where you can watch the sunset. There is also a TV with satellite and air conditioning for a nice way to cool off after a long day on the beach, as well as a washer for your convenience. The host lives right next door and is there to meet and greet every guest. The key will be provided at the property upon check-in. There is a barbecuing area in the back as well. The backyard also includes a free parking space for one vehicle. Additionally, there is a playground 2 minutes away. For nature lovers there is a beautiful Skitaca Mountain near by, great for hiking and exploring, as well as AC Tunarica with many hidden beaches and clear water. Additional beachers are located in Koromacno (2 km away), and a must go to beach is definitely Pripanje. There are also beaches in Ravni, St. Marina and Rabac, only a few km away. You are in for a treat! PLEASE KNOW BEFORE YOU GO - this is a very quiet and isolated place, perfect for discovering inner self and finding inner peace, simply a place to get away from your stress and daily responsibilities at least for a while. Very quiet and safe. You don't have to worry about your children playing outside. Locals are friendly, warm and accommodating. There is a little playground area in the neighborhood where you can take your children in the evening for some fun time and playing before the bed time.
