The 4-star one-bedroom apartment (42 m2) and studio (31m2) are located on a slope with sea view, 20 m above sea level. Each unit has its own private entrance. Both are surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation in a quiet neighborhood. One can take a leisurely walk through the garden to the beach with small boat moorings, relax on the terrace enjoying breathtaking views of the bay or have dinner lit by the sunset sky. Guests have a free private and shaded parking spot; you must bring your own mobile EV wall connector (charger). Wi-Fi, tourism tax, and final cleaning are included in the price. Because the house is on a slope, it is not wheelchair friendly and might be unsuitable for people who struggle with stairs. The One-bedroom Apartment has a glass-enclosed veranda where one can enjoy meals outdoors but still be protected from the elements; a living room with a kitchen and sofa bed that can accommodate a third person; a bedroom, and bathroom. The outdoor area has two large terraces on two levels. The Studio has an entrance porch and a terrace (11 m2), a fully equipped kitchen, a living room that doubles as a bedroom when bed sofa is open, a bathroom, and an entry hall.

The landlady discretely lives on the upper floor and is at guests' disposal at any time.

The area is ideal for people who value peace and relaxation while at home, and enjoy day trips to nearby attractions for some excitement. Kraljevica town center is 5 min drive from the house (less then 2 km walk for athletic types) and has several restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, etc. Rijeka Airport, located on the island of Krk, is just a 10 min drive. The area is an ideal starting point for exciting trips to the islands of Krk, Cres, Losinj and Rab, all easily accessible by car and/or ferry, or by boat tours departing from the nearby lively town of Crikvenica (15 min drive) where you can find a few diving and paragliding centers. The town of Rijeka is the biggest port of Croatia, with its theater, museums, galleries, open green market, shops, restaurants, cafes, Castle of Trsat, and is only 20 min drive, while nearby Opatija, the so called Pearl of Kvarner, is only 15 min further.
