The place sports a big terrace which would benefit any yoga groups willing to book. Additionally as the area tends to be windy Wind surfers can be accommodated and garages given for equipment storage, but availability has to be checked before arrival. Internet connection exists, in the future the upgrade of connectivity will be better so the house can serve as remote working facility for companies willing to book.

Neighborhood is quiet. There is no bars or restaurants, so, there is no noise, with exceptions of a few crickets and a rustle of deer and does in the morning, occasionally interrupted by squawks of seagull and remedied by rustle of wind and splashing of water on the nearby beach.
