The spacious Villa was built in 2022. and offers you everything you need for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Villa Buroli can accommodate up to 8 guests. The ground floor consists of a bedroom with a single bed. two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living area with a sofa bed for one additional guest. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms on the first floor has access to a spacious balcony with a sitting area and sunbeds. The outdoor area offers you a private pool and a terrace with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. The sauna (indoor) and jacuzzi (outdoor) are at the guest's disposal. There is private parking in front of the house. Attached to the villa, is a small apartment with a separate entrance that is being used by the owners, but the pool and garden are private and for the guests use only.

The villa is located in the peacfull village Buroli. The location of the villa is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful vacation but still wish to do some sightseeing and visit many of the beautiful beaches nearby. The city Buje, known for its Historical Part and the San Servolo Beer is only 6 kilometers away. The tourist destinations Umag and Novigrad are also close. The nearest beach Lovrecica is only 6 kilometers away and the Camping Resort Kamp Umag is reachable in a 10 minute drive from the villa. You can also visit Savudrija, Momjan, and many more popular Istrian towns.
