It has a great location and is ideal for travellers who want to be close to the beach, to the sports centre in Stella Maris or to the promenade that connects you with the city centre. Distance to the beach, suitable for kids and adults, is just 300 m away. Various restaurants serving traditional Istrian specialties are 5 km away. There is a parking place in front of the building available for the apartment.
