apartman se nalazi na drugom katu ,ima predivan pogled na zadarski kanal. mirno ,tiho
dobro došli u kuću Zelenčić ,nadam se da ćete se osjećati ugodno kod nas.
naša četvrt se zove Balalaža. ima lijepu uređenu plažu, restoran i cafe bar uz more. Ispod kuće oko 50 m je uvala batalaža za brodove i mali riblji restorančić.
