Apartments Ariana are located in Umag, in the peaceful residential area of Komunela, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. Nearby is the popular tourist resort Stella Maris, home to the renowned international ATP tennis tournament held every year. The apartments are air-conditioned and offer free Wi-Fi and Netflix. Guests can enjoy private terraces and a small garden, ideal for relaxing. Each apartment features an LCD TV, a sofa bed, and a wardrobe. The fully equipped private kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and oven, while the balconies overlook the garden. The top-floor apartment, featuring musical instruments, does not have direct access to the garden. The studio apartment was renovated in 2021, the apartment was fully renovated in spring 2022, and the top-floor apartment was renovated in 2024. For guests arriving with their own bicycles, secure garage storage is available.

Our house is located in a peaceful residential area, just a short walk from the Stella Maris resort, one of the best places for families with children. The resort offers a variety of beaches — sandy, pebble, and rocky — as well as a large lagoon with fun water attractions that kids especially love.
