The property is located in the old city center. Hereby a house built in the 60s, in 2012 it has been built a new building for a lease which has been listed among the three best architectural solutions of apartments construction in 2013 in the Republic of Croatia

Neighborhood info

We are located in the old town center, a few steps from the main square. If you like various events, they are within easy reach, but the location of the facility also ensures a relatively peaceful stay. Restaurants, cafes, shops, post office and much more contents are nearby. The natural beach can be seen from the terrace, and it doesn't even take 5 minutes to be there.
